Ray is the Co-Founder of Young Buck Sports Management. Ray obtained a Sports business degree from Arizona State University and is now a NFL/NIL Marketing Agent based in Scottsdale. Exploring marketing deals and providing insight on the landscape are also attributes Ray brings to the table.

Ben Clouser

Co-Founder & Marketing Agent

Ben is an ASU alumni and NFL/NIL Marketing Agent based between Scottsdale and Miami. He's also Co-Founder of Young Buck Sports Management. With a deep understanding of the evolving Name, Image, and Likeness landscape, he helps athletes secure lucrative NIL deals and maximize their earning potential.

Mark Clouser

Mark E. Clouser is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Quintairos Prieto Wood Boyer, P.A. He serves as co-chair of the Sports & Entertainment Law Group and the Transactional, Mergers & Acquisitions Law Group. Mark is a former NFLPA and MLBPA agent and has successfully negotiated 50+ professional contracts over 30+ years.

David Perez

David M. Perez is a partner in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. and a certified agent with the NFLPA. He is a member of QPWB’s Sports & Entertainment Law Group handling contract negotiations. In addition, he has been a successful trial attorney for over 20 years.

Dalton Clouser

Attorney & NFLPA, MLBPA Certified Player Agent

Dalton is a Miami-based attorney and certified NFLPA and MLBPA player agent with experience in contract negotiation, business formation, and intellectual property. A former Division I baseball student-athlete, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law.

Tanner Sampson

NIL Agent & Head of Basketball Operations

Tanner is based in Washington, D.C., and earned his Business Administration degree from Mount St. Mary’s University. He also holds a graduate degree in Sports Law & Business from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Before joining Young Buck, he worked as a brand marketing consultant at Octagon.
